Welcome to Stakd. stakd.store is a place for collectors to showcase items they list through the Stakd app. By using stakd.store you agree to these terms — if you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Stakd is a listing venue only
Stakd displays listings created by sellers in the Stakd app. Stakd does not sell items, process payments, hold funds in escrow, ship anything, or verify the condition or authenticity of any item. Every transaction is arranged directly between the buyer and the seller, at their own risk. Stakd is never a party to a sale and will never ask you to pay it.
Sellers
Sellers are solely responsible for their store and listings — including the accuracy of descriptions and prices, the right to sell the item, and compliance with all applicable laws. Listings must not be illegal, counterfeit, stolen, infringing, or misleading.
Buyers
Contacting a seller creates no obligation on Stakd. Do your own due diligence before sending money or personal information, and arrange payment and shipping directly with the seller. Remember that Stakd never handles payment for you.
Acceptable use
Don't use Stakd to defraud anyone, to list prohibited or illegal items, to harass others, or to scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service.
Reporting and removal
You can report a listing at any time using the report link or by emailing info@arfy.ca. Stakd may remove any listing or store, or restrict access, at its discretion — for example on suspected fraud, abuse, or a rights-holder complaint.
Trademarks
Stakd is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company, Funko, or the LEGO Group. Product names, images, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used by sellers only to identify the items they list.
No warranties
stakd.store is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Stakd does not guarantee that listings are accurate, that items are authentic, or that any sale will complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stakd is not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between users, from reliance on a listing, or from use of the site. Your dealings with other users are solely between you and them.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
